Every year i suffer from horrible colds and coughs and as a result i have had to use an inhaler for the last 2 years …but not this year. I have not had a cold or cough yet and it is due to taking 1 spoon of this honey whenever i felt the need. I have used it on my daughters (2 and 4years old) when suffering from colds/coughs and high temp…this has helped them to recover quicker and i have not had to use any other forms of medication.

This honey is also great with lemon and ginger(warmed) to help sooth nast coughs
